Exhibition
During the Conference October 3–6, 2016 a local exhibition of equipment for micro- and nanoelectonic applications will be organized.
Separate booths with light and electric power will be provided. The representatives of companies which are interesting in presentations of their products, please contact a relevant member of the Local Organizing Committee.
